www.milsouls.com is a website hosted by Shopify and operated by Folk Factory SARL (We) also legally known as Milsouls. We are a company registered in Tangier Morocco under the patent 50816091 and our main office is located in 8 Av Chouaib Doukali Tangier, Morocco 90000.
Rules
- We reserve the right to alter our website prices if needed
- Please not that all the images on our website is subjected to color variations due to your browser, computer screen, tablets, or phones
- All transactions and handled and processed through a secure server and we don’t hold any customer card details and we will never share your personal details to anyone
- As soon as the order is placed, the customer will receive a confirmation email. However, we have the right to cancel any order in case of stock insufficiency, price mistake, or any other suspicious activity. In that case the paid price will be refunded to the customer.
Methods of Payment
We want you to feel secure and confident when shopping at Milsouls.
All payments must be either made through Paypal or by Debit or Credit card
Paypal: You must have a paypal account in order to use it as a method of payment. After you click on the checkout option you will have two options either Paypal or Credit/Debit card. After you pick the Paypal option you will be redirected to the Paypal website in order to pay for your order.
Credit/Debit Card: We do accepts all major credit and debit cards. Payment by card is very secure and reliable and it is managed and processed by Centre Monétique Interbancaire (CMI) that provides the maximum security and confidentiality for an easy pleasant transaction.
Order Delivery
All our Orders are shipped either via DHL or FedEx within 3 days after we receive a clear payment. Depending on the destination, the order takes on average between 5 to 15 days for delivery. Unless there are some circumstances out of our control such as destination country customs, natural disasters, high peek holiday seasons, etc...
Order Cancellation
Milsouls reserves the right to cancel orders at any given time due to insufficient stock, suspicion fraudulent intent, inability to authorize payment, or any other reason considered appropriate by Milsouls. If the client has already paid for the purchase then Milsouls will issue a full refund of the amount paid to the client account via the same method of payment.
Limited License
You are allowed to share Material or Content provided through the Site on social media sites such as Pinterest, Twitter, Instagram, or similar platforms. This permission is a limited license to use the Content and Materials solely for such purposes and does not represent a transfer of title.
Mobile Website
We make our website available in a mobile-friendly format. All mobile phones that have Internet access can make use of the Mobile Site.
